Hosted by Jarmans Solicitors, one of Kent’s leading law firms with national and international reach, the Mediation Experience Day is coming to Kent.
Taking part in MED will allow mediators to demonstrate that they have current mediation experience and will be able to learn via feedback from experienced mediators and use that feedback to learn and develop as well as to market their services.
There are three MED options and in each, those taking part are provided with all relevant mediation paperwork (mediation agreement, case papers, case information, supporting documentation and settlement agreement) and a venue, time and refreshments for their day as mediator.
Conflict Coaching Workshop
29 January 2018, Solution Talk
Very often individuals experience difficulties because of an unresolved conflict, a complaint, a relationship breakdown or other difficult situations they are involved in and conflict coaching can be of help. They could be facing adversity at work, within their family, or neighbourhood or any personal relationship.
This one day workshop will enable you to encourage people to talk about their conflict, explore change & build their own resources and resilience, empowering them to regain control of their situation. The workshop works on the premise that you already have excellent communication skills and have undertaken training in conflict resolution, mediation skills or similar.
