Conflict Coaching Workshop

29 January 2018, Solution Talk

Very often individuals experience difficulties because of an unresolved conflict, a complaint, a relationship breakdown or other difficult situations they are involved in and conflict coaching can be of help.  They could be facing adversity at work, within their family, or neighbourhood or any personal relationship.

This one day workshop will enable you to encourage people to talk about their conflict, explore change & build their own resources and resilience, empowering them to regain control of their situation. The workshop works on the premise that you already have excellent communication skills and have undertaken training in conflict resolution, mediation skills or similar.
