We provide community mediation, conflict resolution, and coaching across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. We help people resolve misunderstandings, communicate effectively and support them to find practical, lasting solutions and safe ways to communicate. Referrals usually come from councils or housing associations.
We have time, skills and flexibility, not available to enforcement agencies, that can reduce conflict and antisocial behaviour, easing pressure on public services and strengthening communities. People working with us can feel heard, less stressed, and more able to enjoy their lives. They gain a better understanding of those around them—and feel better understood in return.
