About Maidstone Mediation:
Maidstone Mediation are one of the oldest mediation and well respected services in the country. We provide a community mediation service to all residents of Maidstone. We have a great deal of knowledge and have managed many contracts with both the statutory and voluntary sector.
Maidstone Mediation provides the following services (local only):

- Intergenerational mediation (young people under 18)
- Intergenerational mediation (adults)
- Co-parenting mediation
- Faith-based mediation

- Group mediation / facilitation
- Peer mediation training
- Training for community mediators

The organisation has the following in place:
- All mediators have appropriate training
- Written Code of Conduct
- Published complaints procedure
- Ongoing CPD and supervision/mentoring for mediators
- Professional Indemnity insurance cover (no less than £1 million)
- Public liability and Employer liability insurance cover
- Suitable and sufficient service administration
- Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
- Safeguarding policy
- DBS checks for mediators
- Risk assessments carried out for individual cases
