About Mediation and Community Support Ltd (MACS):

Mediation and Community Support, based in Warwickshire, provides a variety of conflict resolution services and training programmes. Our impartial team help people in workplaces, families, schools, faith groups and communities to develop skills, build understanding and resolve conflict. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including mediation, conflict coaching, restorative dialogue and group facilitation.

We specialise in Nonviolent Communication and provide training and tailored workshops, empowering groups and individuals to navigate disagreements constructively. Our commitment to cultural diversity and community understanding ensures our support is both effective and accessible.

MACS also supports families, groups and whole communities to begin to heal after breakdowns in relationships or incidents or trauma, through a combination of workshops and facilitated conversations.

  • Written Code of Conduct
  • Published complaints procedure
  • Ongoing CPD and supervision/mentoring for mediators
  • Professional Indemnity insurance cover (no less than £1 million)

  • Suitable and sufficient service administration
  • Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
  • Safeguarding policy
  • DBS checks for mediators
  • Risk assessments carried out for individual cases
