Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Mediation

Together with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL), and the Motor Accidents Solicitors’ Society, the CMC is pleased to announce the launch of the AFM Register of Mediators.

This is a not-for-profit register of mediators who provide a mediation service in the personal injury and clinical negligence sector and aims to facilitate the use of mediation in personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

The register does this by providing information to APIL, FOIL and MASS members about mediators, and in particular their personal injury and clinical negligence expertise, to assist members when selecting a mediator.
