About Smile Mediation:

Smile Mediation provides professional, low-cost mediation services to help people in dispute resolve conflict constructively. Our trained mediators create a safe, impartial space where people can talk openly, rebuild communication, and develop their own agreements, which are not legally binding but owned by the participants. In addition to community, workplace, and family mediation, we also provide conflict coaching and large group mediation. Smile also offers high-quality training in mediation, conflict resolution and effective communication skills, empowering people to prevent, manage and resolve disputes. With 27 years of experience, we’re trusted for accessible, effective support and learning.
