Introducing the CMC Mediator Launch Pad

In response to the recent Membership Consultation, the CMC is thrilled to take action on its members’ feedback. Responses to the consultation and conversations with members highlighted the need for more support for recently accredited mediators entering the profession. Now the CMC is delivering by introducing the Mediator Launch Pad.

CMC Associate or Registered Members with 1 to 5 civil or commercial mediations under their belt have the opportunity to to apply to the new Mediator Launch Pad programme.

Over 6 months, senior CMC mediators will guide small cohorts through monthly Zoom meetups, focusing on developing and testing their mediation skills.

This exclusive members-only programme is included in membership. It will strengthen members’ practice and build connections with peers at the same stage in their mediator journey.
