IPOS Mediation Seminar

IPOS mediators Charles Gordon, Rebecca Attree and Hetti Jackson-Stops recently hosted a seminar at the Cayman International Mediation and Arbitration Centre. Find out more about their discussion on the recent developments in mediation, getting parties to mediate and remote mediation.

The seminar was hosted at Cayman International Mediation and Arbitration Centre Ltd. (CI-MAC).

There was a high level of interest in the topic in light of the recent publication of the Judicial Mediation Practice Direction. Among discussion topics were how to get parties to mediation where the normal costs drivers aren’t always evident and whether remote mediation is an adequate substitute for in person mediations.
