The CMC’s Annual Conference takes place on 6th November 2019 at Hallam Conference Centre, Marylebone, London. We aim to bring together 130 mediators for a day of learning, with opportunities to network before and during the event and at a drinks reception at the end of the day. Many mediators are self employed or are small business owners; others are in influential positions in larger firms.
Trade Stand – The conference includes networking opportunities for mediators before it starts, during an hour lunch break and at morning and afternoon tea breaks. This provides businesses who are interested in connecting with mediators with a great opportunity to meet mediators, explain what the business can offer, and distribute relevant literature to conference delegates. The opportunity to set up a stand in the networking area, for one person to attend to run the stand & to include advertising (one leaflet/card or similar) in all conference packs costs £300 + vat
Sponsorship of the Drinks Reception – The conference will conclude with a drinks reception for delegates. This provides an opportunity for a sponsor to promote their brand to CMC’s members (c. 680 in total) in advance of the conference as the sponsor’s name and a link to its website will be included in relevant advertising of the conference after the sponsorship has been agreed. The sponsor can also promote its brand to delegates at the reception, run a trade stand during the day with one person attending to run the stand and can include advertising (one leaflet/card or similar) in all conference packs. Sponsorship of the drinks reception costs £1000 + vat
