The CMC Launches Membership Consultation
The CMC Launches Membership Survey
The CMC has sent out a survey to its membership as part of a strategic review. The survey is split into sections, covering topics such as members’ mediation practice, their experience of CMC membership, future strategy and professional development.

The membership consultation is part of a strategic review the CMC is conducting this year prior to devising and implementing a new strategy in 2025.
The review began with a meeting of Board Members in the Autumn and continued with two sessions at the CMC Conference 2024, aimed specifically at connecting with the membership. During the session ‘CMC Update and What This Means for You!’, CMC Chair Kelly Stricklin-Coutinho, CEO Paul Adams, and Deputy CEO Victoria Harris discussed key CMC projects, membership developments, and strategic direction. Additionally, a session with Paul Adams, Roger Levitt, and Rebecca Clark focussed on the professional development of mediators.
The consultation provides an opportunity for vital engagement, enabling members to share their thoughts and contribute to shaping the future of the CMC and the mediation profession.
All questions in the survey are optional and responses are completely anonymous. Responses will be accepted until 5pm on Friday, 3 January.
If you are a CMC member and would like to participate in the survey, please send us an email so we can send you a link.
