“If we get into an argument we know how to solve it without it turning into a big problem.” says one of the Peer Mediators trained to resolve conflicts in her school. Children learn to solve conflicts among each other without an adult imposing a solution. The Peer Mediation Network has joined the different trainers and programs under one umbrella to ensure that everyone follows best practise standards.
