Starting a Mediation Business – Change, New Horizons & What’s Tweeting?

I’ve been reflecting on our journey over the six years and the above quote really sums up how I’ve felt as I’ve travelled the path of developing a new business. At times I’ve been bewildered, excited, uncertain, frustrated, out of my depth, challenged, invigorated, energised and so many more feelings it would be difficult to capture in this short blog.
Where do I start? Well I guess at the beginning would be good!
